How long does a website,video or brand project take?
Timelines depend on scope, but are agreed upfront before work begins. Typically 1 week for videos and brand projects and 2-4 weeks for websites.
How does the process work?
We start with a short call to understand what you do and what the work needs to achieve. You receive a clear scope, fixed price, and timeline. Once approved, the work is completed in clear stages and launched when ready.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear understanding of your organisation, audience, and goals. Any existing branding, content, or examples are helpful, but I’ll guide this if needed.
How many revisions are included?
Two structured review stages are included. One to confirm direction. One final refinement before launch.
How does payment work?
Projects are split into two payments. Fifty percent upfront to begin work. Fifty percent on delivery before launch. Your ongoing web hosting will be via your Webflow subscription which is purchased seperately.
How can I pay?
Payment for my services can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments incur standard processing fees. Webflow hosting subscriptions are handled directly with Webflow.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Adelaide, South Australia and work with organisations locally and internationally.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Your site is built in Webflow so you can easily update text and images without relying on a developer.
Are SEO and AEO included?
Yes. SEO (search engine optimisation) & AEO (AI answer engine optimisation) foundations, performance, accessibility, and site structure are handled as standard.
Do I own the website, video or brand content?
Yes. Once the project is complete, the website and content are yours.
What happens after the 30 days of support?
After launch support, you’re free to manage the site yourself or book help as needed.
What if my project doesn’t fit a package?
If none of the packages are right, we can discuss a custom scope and price.
