Timelines depend on scope, but are agreed upfront before work begins. Typically we shoot for half a day and then an edit is ready 1 week later.
How does the process work?
We start with a short call to understand what you do and what the work needs to achieve. I fill interviews with your team and clients then film supporting footage. I then edit it together.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear understanding of your organisation, audience, and goals. Any existing branding, content, or examples are helpful, but I’ll guide this if needed.
How many revisions are included?
Two structured review stages are included. One to confirm the first edit and one final refinement before launch. Additional reviews are available at an hourly rate.
How does payment work?
Projects are split into two payments. Fifty percent upfront to begin work. Fifty percent on delivery before launch.
How can I pay?
Payment for my services can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments incur standard processing fees.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Adelaide, South Australia and work with organisations locally and internationally.
Are subtitles and captions included
Yes. You will receive video files as well as subtitle files to upload to YouTube or social media.
Do I own the video?
Yes. Once the project is complete, the video content is yours to keep and reuse.
What if my project doesn’t fit a package?
If none of the packages are right, we can discuss a custom scope and price.
